Jennie offers a stunning combination of insider skills and methods from her exposure to so many brilliant directors, producers, and artists in the industries of music. The students that benefit from working with Jennie are professional and multi-talented artists across the spectrum of entertainment, spanning from Broadway and National Tours to bands and studio recording artists. Jennie Kwan has one of the most lush and diverse careers in the musical arts. She has recorded with some of the greats in the recording industry including Steve Tyrell, Matthew Gerrard, Kim Bullard, and Beau Dozier. Contracted to Avex Group and Hollywood Records, she received a Gold record for the “Princess Diaries Soundtrack” with girl group “Nobody’s Angel.” When Cameron Mackintosh conducted a worldwide search for “Kim” in Miss Saigon, Jennie won the coveted role for the First National Broadway Touring Company. This was the beginning of working with some of the top musical theater composers and directors including Claude-Michel Schonberg and Alain Boubill (Les Miserables), David Caddick (Miss Saigon, Evita), Nicholas Hytner (Miss Saigon), Kristen Hanggi (Bare, Rock of Ages), Jason Moore (Avenue Q, Pitch Perfect), Stephen Oremus (Wicked, Avenue Q), Bobby Lopez (Avenue Q, Frozen, Book of Mormon), Erin Kamler (Land of Smiles, Divorce, the Musical), Jeff Marx, Nathan Wang, Velina Hasu Houston, Ted Braun, and the late Damon Intrabartolo.
